Requirements for Entry
Proof of Vaccination Required
To protect our employees, clients, and residents, proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (if eligible), copy of photo ID, and liability release form are required to enter the grounds. Masks are encouraged in all indoor public spaces, and required for anyone ineligible for vaccination.
Office, Studio, & Storage Space
Whether you need a quiet place to study, a dedicated work space outside your home, your own artist studio, a private place to meet with clients, or heated indoor storage with sprinkler system, we have spaces for you! Each office space includes a secure entrance and broadband. Some include private 1/2 bathrooms as well!
