MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT: The undersigned hereby makes application for

membership in the Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners, Inc. The undersigned

agrees to comply with the Bylaws regulating membership and pay all dues in

accordance with the schedules established by the Association. It is understood that

the Membership dues are due June 15th of each year; delinquent dues must be paid

by September 8th in order to be included in the current directory. Dues inclued

membership in the National Campground Owners Association (ARVC). All WACO

members receive rights and benefits of the State and National Associations. Because

a portion of our dues fund our lobbying effort, to avoid the WACO Association

incurring a proxy tax liability, we must inform the members that 15% of the dues they pay

cannot be deducted on their personal income taxes. Finance charge of 1.5% will be applied

after Sept 8, 2006
